We will respond to your email within 48 hours. If the item is in stock, we will send you a confirmation email (Invoice and bank account details) and we will reserve the piece for you. We work on first come first served basis.
Items not paid for within 24 hours, unless otherwise agreed upon, will be put up for sale thereafter without further notification.
All dead-buyers will be blacklisted from future purchases. We will take legal actions against fraud cases. Please do not try to fake a payment if you seriously did not make any.
Payment Details :
For local buyers, we accept:
- Internet bank transfer to DBS/UOB accounts
- ATM transfer to DBS/UOB accounts (ATM transfer customers to provide us with a snapshot of transaction receipt for verification purpose)
Payment should be made within 24 hours.
For internet banking, please email us which account you have used, the amount transferred and the transaction reference number.
For ATM transfers, please email us a photo of ATM transfer receipt. In the email, please state clearly, the date & time of transfer, the transaction reference number and the amount transferred.
You should receive your item(s) in 3-5 days, excluding weekends once we have verified your payment.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS :
We accept international orders via PAYPAL payment, but buyer has to pay the slight fee which paypal charges per transaction. For international shipping charges, PAYPAL details and exchange rates, please contact portobellogals@gmail.com.
